Discovery. We read your brief, talk to the people who will use and run the service, and agree what success looks like.
Prototype early. You see working pages within the first weeks, not a slide deck. We test with real users and assistive technology.
Build and write. Short cycles with a weekly update and a shared tracker, so you always know what is done and what is next.
Hand over. Your team gets the code, the content, the logins and training. No lock-in.

Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) Accessibility Regulations 2018 and WCAG 2.2 level AA, checked by hand and with automated tools.

Data protection
